Pastor Brad Powers and his wife Stephanie have two children, Skylar and Aubrey. Brad and Stephanie have been actively involved in ministry for over 15 years. Brad is serving as fourth generation Church of God pastor.

After serving for many years as youth pastor at Greenville Church of God, they moved to Rocky Mount, NC in October 2022 to lead the Ridgecrest Church. Brad and Stephanie have a genuine love for people. God has placed in their hearts the Vision of Ridgecrest Church and that is to witness Rocky Mount transformed by the Life Changing power of Jesus Christ.

Michael has been serving in various ministries throughout most of his life. Being raised in a Christian home where his father served as the head elder of their church in Pensacola, Florida, he always felt a great call to follow in his father’s footsteps in ministry. Starting as part of the youth band for his church, then going on to serving as the lead tenor in the choir. From there, he became a youth pastor for several years before becoming a worship Pastor, all while running his own sub-contracting business. After earning his bachelor’s degree in theology from Christian Life School of Theology Global, he began his journey into vocational ministry. He and his wife, Ebony, are native Floridians, have three daughters, Mikayla, Desiree, and Jasmyne, and have moved to North Carolina on the word and leading of the Lord. They felt drawn and called to Ridgecrest Church to serve it’s community and to use their gifts and talents to inspire the people of God into worship. Michael and Ebony both are worshippers and have a heart and vision to see the body of Christ lay aside differences and come together in unity to glorify God in a fallen and hurting world that desperately needs the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ!
