Pastor Brad Powers and his wife Stephanie have two children, Skylar and Aubrey. Brad and Stephanie have been actively involved in ministry for over 15 years. Brad is serving as fourth generation Church of God pastor.

After serving for many years as youth pastor at Greenville Church of God, they moved to Rocky Mount, NC in October 2022 to lead the Ridgecrest Church. Brad and Stephanie have a genuine love for people. God has placed in their hearts the Vision of Ridgecrest Church and that is to witness Rocky Mount transformed by the Life Changing power of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Johnny graduated with a music degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has served in churches for many years in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, and now in North Carolina. He joined the staff at Ridgecrest in Aug. of 2015. He and his wife Carol have three adult children residing in Georgia and Alabama. Carol sings on the Worship Team and is the Kids Choir Director. They consider it an honor to be a part of the Ridgecrest family.
